Hello, and welcome to Meal Prep Plans! Thanks for stumbling upon us. We’re huge food fans (as I’m sure most of you reading are as well), and developed this site to share what we’ve learned so far on our journey to eating better on a small budget. Now, onto a quick intro on who our audience is. We’ve created this site to be a resource for:

  1. Those looking to save money on cheaply cooking delicious meals.
  2. Those interested in trying different dishes by making awesome food with what they have on hand in the pantry or fridge,
  3. Those who are willing to make a positive change in their diet and lifestyle by following our in depth, researched, and healthy articles.

To start, take a gander over to our articles section for recipes we’ll be consistently posting and updating. Do you have an awesome recipe? Then please send it to us in the submit recipe section of our site as well. You can also head on over to our YouTube channel where we’ll show you tips and tricks on how to make the most out of what food you have available on hand. We’ll be sure to include exact food measurements, cook times, and recipes that are easy to follow. Also, we’ll show some simple techniques to make you a better cook.

If you’re tired of eating the same bland recipes day after day or, worse yet, you are on a ramen noodle, beer, and take out diet – this site is made for you.

Join us on our journey to create simple to make meals that are filling, delicious, and not cost prohibitive. We’ll also share some fitness advice based on actual evidence we’ve obtained to help you out on your journey. Also, we’re assuming very little kitchen skills – which can be learned! We’ll show you tips and techniques on how to become a meal prep chef! Remember, you are what you eat, so be sure to provide the best possible nutrition to your body. An added benefit is that this food, while requiring prep time, is also typically cheaper than eating fast food on most days.
